Security at Clearline
This page explains security measures used by the Clearline website and call-screening service.
Protecting your information
Our website uses HTTPS to protect the connection between your browser and Clearline. Our cloud databases and storage use encryption at rest. Access to administrative tools is restricted, and we use managed secret storage for service credentials.
Checking our software
Automated checks help identify known vulnerabilities in software dependencies, security issues in source code and exposed credentials. Engineering reviews findings and makes fixes through our development workflow.
Monitoring and recovery
We monitor the availability of our website and call-screening service and use cloud security monitoring. Monitoring and reported concerns support our investigation and remediation work. Automated database backups support recovery. You can check current service availability on our status page.
Security assurance
Clearline is preparing for a SOC 2 examination. This overview is not an independent auditor's report. A SOC 2 report is not currently available through this page.
Your privacy and choices
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Our help and contact page explains how to use Clearline and request help. The terms of service describe the terms that apply when you use the service.
