Is Clearline free?

Yes. Every guide is free and there's no account to create.

Will you get my money back?

No. Clearline doesn't recover money. The guides show you who can — your bank, the FTC, the FBI's IC3 — and what to say to them.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. Clearline isn't a bank, a law firm, or a government agency. The guides are general information for the moment a scam happens.

Who writes the guides?

They're started by us and improved by the people who've been through it. Anyone can suggest an edit at the bottom of any guide.

Do I have to give my name to ask a question?

No. Questions are anonymous — we never ask for a name.

What do you do with my email address?

Once a month we tell you what scammers are trying, and you'll hear from us first at launch. It's stored encrypted, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

Can you delete my information?

Yes. Ask at clearline.club/privacy-request and we'll handle it.
